Welcome to Aspire Academy NZ’s diverse training programs. We work with youth athletes aged 8–18, helping them develop the skills and techniques needed to succeed in their chosen sports. Our programs range from Speed & Agility training to our flagship High Performance Program, all designed to enhance athletic ability, build confidence, and support long-term development.
Speed & Agility Training
Our Speed & Agility Program is designed to improve athletes’ sprint speed, change of direction, and overall on-field performance. Through expert coaching, targeted drills, and age-appropriate progressions, athletes develop the movement skills and game-ready quickness needed to gain a true competitive edge.

Athlete Development
At Aspire Academy NZ, we prioritise the holistic development of every athlete. Our Athlete Development Program builds strength, power, speed, agility, and coordination, while also developing mental resilience, leadership skills, and overall athletic potential. This well-rounded approach prepares athletes for success both on the field and in life.


High Performance
Our High Performance Program is designed for athletes striving to reach the highest levels of their sport. Combining advanced coaching techniques, in-depth performance analysis, specialised strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, sports psychology, nutrition education, and recovery strategies, this program equips athletes to elevate their game and achieve sustained peak performance.

Holiday Clinics
Join our Holiday Clinics for an engaging, high-energy training experience. Athletes take part in specialised coaching sessions, interactive workshops, and fun, challenging activities — all while building skills, confidence, and friendships with like-minded young athletes from across the sporting community.
Private Training
Experience personalised coaching with our expert trainers. Our Private Coaching sessions offer individualised attention, customised training plans, and focused mentorship — available for individual athletes, small groups, or full teams. Whether it’s one-on-one skill refinement, friends training together, or a squad looking to improve collectively, we provide the targeted support needed to accelerate development and excel in sport.

Online Coaching
Access our Online Coaching program for flexible, remote training and expert guidance. Athletes receive personalised workout plans, virtual coaching support, and ongoing performance tracking — all accessible from the convenience of home or wherever they train. This is the perfect solution for athletes who want structured, high-quality coaching no matter their location.
