ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our Athlete Development Program is designed to build the complete athlete — developing the physical, mental, and technical foundations needed to perform at their best in sport and in life. Targeted at youth athletes aged 8–18, the program focuses on strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, mobility, and injury resilience, while also fostering confidence, leadership, and mental toughness.

How the Program Works

Each session is carefully planned to be age-appropriate, progressive, and sport-supportive, ensuring safe and effective long-term development:

​

  1. Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Skills – Prepares the body for training while teaching correct technique in running, jumping, and landing.

  2. Strength & Power Development – Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and age-appropriate loads to improve muscle strength, explosiveness, and stability.

  3. Speed & Agility Integration – Drills to refine quickness, change of direction, and reaction time, supporting game-specific demands.

  4. Mobility & Flexibility Training – Enhancing movement efficiency and reducing injury risk.

  5. Injury Prevention Work – Targeted exercises to strengthen joints, improve posture, and build movement control.

  6. Mindset & Leadership Elements – Short discussions or challenges to build resilience, discipline, and confidence.

Younger athletes (8–12) focus on fundamental movement skills and safe technique, while older athletes (13–18) work on progressive strength training, power output, and applying athletic qualities to their sport.
