Our Online Coaching program allows athletes anywhere in New Zealand to access expert guidance, personalised training plans, and ongoing support — no matter where they live or train. Designed for youth athletes aged 8–18, this flexible option ensures they can continue to progress even if they can’t attend our in-person sessions.

How Online Coaching Works

Each athlete receives a fully tailored program based on their sport, position, goals, and available equipment. We provide:

  1. Initial Consultation & Assessment – Understanding the athlete’s needs, goals, and current ability.

  2. Personalised Training Plan – Structured workouts targeting strength, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning.

  3. Video Demonstrations & Technique Cues – Ensuring correct form and safe training habits.

  4. Ongoing Communication & Feedback – Regular check-ins via video, phone, or messaging to keep progress on track.

  5. Performance Tracking – Monitoring improvements through shared logs, videos, and progress reports.

  6. Specialist Resources – Access to guidance on mindset, nutrition, and recovery strategies.
