Our High Performance Program is designed for youth athletes aged 13–18 who are ready to take their training to the next level and prepare for the demands of elite competition. This program integrates advanced physical preparation, specialist workshops, and performance analysis to give athletes the tools, knowledge, and mindset required to excel at the highest level of their sport.

How the Program Works

​

The High Performance Program combines on-field and gym-based training with classroom-style education and recovery strategies. Each phase is carefully planned to ensure athletes are progressing safely and effectively towards peak performance:

  1. Performance Testing & Goal Setting – Initial assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and individual objectives.

  2. Advanced Strength & Power Training – Structured lifting programs and plyometric work to maximise force production, explosiveness, and resilience.

  3. Speed & Agility Refinement – High-level sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, and reactive agility drills.

  4. Conditioning & Energy System Development – Sport-specific fitness training to improve game endurance and repeat sprint ability.

  5. Specialist Workshops – Expert-led sessions on sports psychology, nutrition, leadership, injury prevention, and recovery.

  6. Recovery Protocols – Education and practical strategies to enhance performance and reduce fatigue.

  7. Ongoing Performance Analysis – Tracking progress through regular testing, video analysis, and coach feedback.
