About the Clinic:
The 2-Day Speed Clinic gives young athletes in Whangārei the opportunity to develop essential speed qualities in a structured and supportive environment. Over two focused sessions, athletes will refine sprint mechanics, build explosive acceleration, and improve agility and directional control.
Each participant will also complete speed testing using professional timing gates, providing reliable performance data to support future development.
