Term 4 Speed & Agility Program (Ages 8–18)
Build explosive speed, sharper agility, and game-ready movement.
Aspire Academy NZ’s Speed & Agility Program is designed for youth athletes aged 8–18 who want to move faster, change direction quicker, and perform with greater confidence on the field or court.
Across 8 weeks of structured coaching, athletes will develop sprint mechanics, reactive agility, and sport-specific movement patterns—all in a supportive, high-performance environment.
📍 Locations, Days & Times
Each session runs for 60 minutes, starting the week of Sunday 12th October and ending the week of Sunday 30th December.
St Johns – AUCC Indoor Training Facility (71 Merton Road, Gate 5)
Mondays 6:30 AM – Ages 8–12 (Beginner to Intermediate)
Wednesdays 6:30 AM – Ages 13+ (Intermediate to Advanced)
Pakuranga – Action Indoor Sports, 30 Ben Lomond Crescent
Thursdays 3:45 PM – Ages 8–12 (Beginner to Intermediate)
Thursdays 4:45 PM – Ages 13+ (Intermediate to Advanced)
Manurewa – Manukau City Cricket Club Indoor Facility (103 Jellicoe Road)
Sundays 10:00–11:00 AM – Ages 8–12 (Beginner to Intermediate)
Sundays 11:00 AM–12:00 PM – Ages 13+ (Intermediate to Advanced)

📊 Performance Testing Included
Objective testing is completed in Week 1 and Week 8 using professional-grade technology:
30m Sprint with split times (0–15m & 15–30m)
Illinois Agility Test
Standing Broad Jump
Ground Contact Time (GCT) – to assess reactive strength and elasticity
Families receive performance data and development feedback to track improvement and guide next steps.

Ages 8–12: Ideal for beginner to intermediate athletes building foundational speed and agility
Ages 13+: Suitable for intermediate to advanced athletes ready to refine and apply movement at game intensity
All sporting codes welcome – rugby, football, netball, basketball, hockey, athletics, and more

Aspire coaches are specialists in youth athletic development and high-performance sport. Each session is designed to meet the needs of the group, with a focus on long-term athletic growth, movement quality, and skill transfer to sport.

📅 Program Structure
Each Speed & Agility group runs once per week at the day, time, and location selected at the time of booking. Athletes attend the same session each week for the 8-week term.
🔁 Missed Sessions Policy
If your athlete is unable to attend a session due to illness, injury, or with prior notice, we offer the following options:

Attend an alternative session at another location that same week (subject to availability)

Receive a session credit to be used in the following term
Please contact us ahead of time to arrange a make-up session or apply credit.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program starting are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred as credit to a future term (at Aspire Academy NZ’s discretion).
No refunds are provided once the program has commenced.📸 Media Consent
