About the Clinic
Our 2-Day Speed Clinic is designed to give young athletes the tools they need to run faster, change direction quicker, and move with more confidence in their sport. Across two high-energy sessions, athletes will learn new techniques, sharpen their sprint mechanics, and improve their agility through expert-led coaching.
Each athlete will also complete speed testing using professional timing equipment, providing accurate performance data to track improvement.

Sprint mechanics and running form
Explosive acceleration techniques
Agility, change of direction, and reaction speed
Coordination and footwork patterns
Speed testing with professional timing gates
How to train effectively for speed in their sport

📅 Program Structure
The 2-Day Speed Clinic runs on Thursday 25th & Friday 26th September at the set time and age group selected at the time of booking.
Athletes attend both days of the clinic to get the full benefit of the program, including technique training and speed testing.🔁 Missed Sessions Policy
If your athlete is unable to attend a session due to illness, injury, or with prior notice, we offer the following options:

Attend an alternative age-appropriate session at another Aspire Academy NZ holiday clinic during the same holiday period (subject to availability)

Receive a session credit for one day of the clinic, to be used in a future holiday program (at Aspire Academy NZ’s discretion)
Please contact us ahead of time to arrange a make-up option or apply credit.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

More than 7 days before the clinic starts: Eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee.

Within 7 days of the clinic starting: Not eligible for a refund but may be transferred as credit to a future holiday program (at Aspire Academy NZ’s discretion).

Once the clinic has commenced: No refunds will be provided.

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during sessions for use in Aspire Academy NZ’s promotional and educational materials (including website, social media, and printed content).
If you do not consent to your child being included in any media, please notify us in writing at info@aspireacademynz.com prior to the clinic commencing.
