Aspire Academy NZ’s High Performance Holiday Program is an immersive, five-day development and learning experience designed to equip high school athletes with the physical tools, mindset strategies, and knowledge needed to thrive in sport and life.
Tailored for athletes from all sporting backgrounds, this program supports those who are ready to train with purpose, understand their performance data, and take meaningful steps toward long-term athletic development.

Elite physical training sessions
Comprehensive performance testing
Daily expert-led seminars from leading professionals in New Zealand sport
Recovery and regeneration education
Individual reporting and reflection tools
Whether your athlete is preparing for higher levels of sport or building a foundation for future success, the program promotes intentional training, holistic development, and personal accountability.
✅ What’s Included
📊 Full Performance Testing
Athletes will complete a comprehensive battery of tests measuring:
Sprint speed and acceleration (timing gates)
Jump performance (broad and vertical jump)
Power output and movement velocity (VBT tools)
Change of direction and agility
Results are used to inform training focus and are included in the end-of-week Athlete Report.
💪 2 x Daily Training Sessions
Progressive and targeted training blocks focused on:
Linear and multidirectional speed
Strength and power development
Plyometrics and movement efficiency
Performance circuits to simulate sporting demands
Olympic lifting workshops delivered by trained professionals
Speed mechanics from sprinting specialists
🎓 1 x Daily Expert Workshop
Led by industry-leading professionals, including:
Sports Nutrition – Delivered by a nutritionist working with the NZ Warriors Pathways, NPC rugby, and the Blues
Mental Resilience – Taught by a performance coach who has worked with Olympians, the All Blacks, Black Caps, Silver Ferns, and New Zealand’s special services
Injury Prevention – Managing load, movement quality, return-to-play pathways
Pro Athlete Insight – Life as an athlete, training habits, personal stories
Recovery Education – Active recovery, cold/heat therapy, sleep, breathwork
📘 High Performance Diary
Each athlete receives a guided diary to reflect on training, track habits, and set goals — developing autonomy and awareness in their journey.
🧾 Athlete Report + Certificate
A comprehensive report summarising testing results, key takeaways, and coaching feedback is provided at the end of the week, along with a certificate of completion.

Once payment is completed, your athlete’s place in the program is secured. You will be added to our official program list and will receive all relevant details including:

All communication will be sent via email and/or SMS in the lead-up to the program.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 14+ days before the program start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the program start are non-refundable, as staffing and facility costs will already be confirmed.

In cases of medical withdrawal (with a medical certificate), a credit may be applied to a future Aspire Academy NZ program.

This ensures the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

🧑🏫 Supervision & Safety
All sessions are supervised by qualified coaches with current child safety certifications. Group sizes are capped to maintain an appropriate athlete-to-coach ratio, and all activities are designed with age-appropriate progressions.
📸 Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the program for educational and promotional use by Aspire Academy NZ. If you do not consent to media use, please let us know during registration.
